Discovery history

All previous discovery executions can be viewed on this screen. It contains a table with name of user who made changes, process status and Date and time process started and ended.

Discovery History Overview List

Details about each sensitive data discovery execution are saved and can be viewed on the discovery history page. Each execution is represented as a row in a list along with basic information required to identify specific executions. It contains a table with name of user who made changes, process status and Date and time process started and ended.

Advanced options

On right upper corner there is the Advanced options button, where you can filter view of Discovery history overview list.

User can choose options to filter data in the overview:

• User name - name of user
• Process status - status of Discovery
• Time started - possibility to define:
  • From - start of searching range when the Discovery started
  • To - end of searching range when the Discovery started
• Time ended - possibility to define:
  • From - start of searching range when the Discovery ended
  • To - end of searching range when the Discovery ended

To clear all inserted filters in Advanced options, choose Clear button.
To apply inserted filter data in Advanced options, choose Commit button. A filtered data view will be displayed in the table.
To cancel changes in Advanced options, choose Cancel button.

Discovery History Details

Selecting an execution will result in a redirect to the discovery details page with information about the chosen discovery execution. Discovery history details contains a table with details and Logs of execution.

Here you will find information about the current sensitive data discovery process such as the rules that are used during sensitive data discovery, the user that started the process, when did it start and end, how long it took to complete, did it complete successfully, etc.

In Detail block user can see the start/end date and time of the execution/import, as well as a message whether the execution/import is running properly.

In Log block there is log information about background processes. Log can be downloaded in text form.
