Additional options for BizDataX Designer are used exceptionally and as needed.

BizDataX Designer options
BizDataX Designer options are used to control several functionalities needs when working with packages specific to your workstation.
These options are located in Visual Studio options (Tools -> Options). Navigate to the BizDataX category and select General options. Descriptions of each option contain examples of values that have to be entered. You can change the following options:
- Log file path - full path (including the file name) to the BizDataX Designer log file
- User key - used in decrypting protected parts of Portal data (e.g. passwords in connection strings)
- Web API URL - URL to the Web API used in several Designer functionalities (e.g. importing Portal data)
