Administration

Administration represents administrative panels with all administrative information for the project.

Administration panel

The administration panel can be found on the project dashboard. It shows the logged-in user and the groups in which this user is. It is a dashboard for all administrative information in the project.

The administration information can be managed by clicking on the gear button in the bottom right of the administration panel. Clicking on the button will display the Administration dashboard.

Administration dashboard

The administration dashboard contains panels for administration tasks. It provides basic information about the state of administrative tasks in the project. Following panels exist on the dashboard:

• Processes - shows the number of portal process information and logs
• Process types - shows the number of different process types that currently exist

The administration processes information can be managed by clicking on the gear button in the bottom right of the Processes panel. Clicking on the button will display the Processes list.

Processes list

All processes executed in the project can be viewed on the Processes list. It contains a table detailing every process of the project. Following basic information are shown on the list:

• User name - authenticated user name
• Process type - type of the process (Package execution, Data source import,...)
• Process status - the status of the process (Completed, Failed,...)
• Time started / Time ended

After selecting one item in the list, the Process details page is shown.

Process details

For the selected process, specific information about the process execution is shown. Depending on the type of process, some of the blocks relevant tp this process appear. Process details blocks are the same as details on package execution process.
