Toolbox items

Data anonymization and other functionalities are implemented in the BizDataX Designer through workflow activities.

These include activities that only connect to the database, ones that change the data through anonymization, ones that enable you to control the masking process more thoroughly, etc. They are divided into groups of activities with similar functions which can be found in the Toolbox. Activity groups that come with the BizDataX Designer are the following:

Each activity has its own specific properties that can be changed, but many share property groups that control the same functionalities. Activity specific properties are explained on the pages of each activity.

Note that each activity group in the Toolbox, including the BizDataX groups, have a Pointer activity at the top. For the purposes of creating a BizDataX package, this activity can be ignored.
